Our relaxed conditions
- Postpone bookings free of charge - up to 14 day before arrival
- Cancel bookings free of charge - up to 21 days before arrival
- If there are more drastic measures such as border closure, entry restrictions or travel warnings (or in our community) we will understand you immediately and there will be no costs for the booking already made.
