Something is not what you want: on your plate, in your room, in our services. Please talk to us if something bothers you - just like before, when there was no internet. We prefer to fix it right away.

Dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement, one dog per room and in certain categories.
The price is EUR 20.00 per day without food. The Schlössl reserves the right to additionally charge for any final cleaning that may be required on departure. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and bathing area and must be kept on a lead throughout the facility.

•  You bring your bathing shoes from home
•  You use your hand and bath towels again by hanging them up. Only the ones lying on the floor are changed daily
•  You help us to separate the rubbish in the room/suite by using the rubbish bins provided

Parking spaces are available in front of the hotel free of charge. Garage spaces can of course be booked in advance. € 8,- per car/day parking + garage

If you are aware of any food intolerances and/or allergies, please let us know in good time. Of course there are also vegetarian or vegan options - we ask you to let us know in order to be able to guarantee smooth preparation in the kitchen.

•    Unfortunately, we cannot grant any compensation for meals not taken
•     all prices exclusive of local tax: € 4.00 per person and day (children up to 16 years of age do not pay local tax). Changes made by the tourism association are adjusted
•     Surcharge for New Year's Eve: € 40.00 per person (from 14 years)
•     Reduction for children in a double room - with 2 full-paying adults in the room: up to 3 years € 15.00 per day, from 4 to 10 years 50%, from 11 to 14 years 30% and from 15 years 20% reduction.

Payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and Maestro card with PIN code are accepted.

Down payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card.
If the deposit is transferred back, we reserve the right to withhold EUR 20 as a processing fee!

With the publication of this price list, all previous ones lose their validity. Place of jurisdiction is Silz. The price list is the basis of the contract.
